I am a microeconomist, international finance and strategy professor and consultant with research focus on the regulation and financing of state-owned enterprises and public-private partnerships; platform strategy, sustainability, business model innovation and M&A; energy, infrastructure, natural resources and environmental policy.

 

I teach international finance and strategy, management simulation games and corporate finance case studies at Technische Hochschule Köln; was lecturer of applied microeconomics, public economics and industrial organization at University of Luxembourg and Nanyang Technological University, sponsor of corporate finance case studies at MIT Sloan School of Management.
